I am not based in Delhi-NCR. Can I still order a wallpaper on your website?

Sure, you can!

 

How long do you take to deliver my wallpaper?

All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 working days from the date of order placement. Shipment of your custom wallpaper order can take up to 5 more working days after dispatch.

 

Do I need to pay extra for shipping?

No. We provide FREE India-wide shipping for all custom wallpaper orders. Our ‘doorstep-delivery’ policy allows you to get your wallpaper delivered at any address of your choice.

 

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we are currently delivering to 30 countries worldwide – USA, UK, Middle East and the Far East, but shipping charges would be extra.

 

I do not like my wallpaper. Can I return it?

Sorry! We make great efforts to work with you in customizing and printing your wallpapers as per the design, size and other specifications chosen by you. Once your wallpaper has been delivered, you cannot return it. For more details, please read our Return Policy.

 

Under what conditions can I return my wallpaper?

You may return your wallpaper in case of:

  • Damaged or tampered packaging at the time of receipt. Please DO NOT accept your order in such cases and ask the courier executive to take it back. Additionally, please inform us about the situation via email so that we can take corrective action at the earliest.
  • If the wallpaper you receive is incorrect or does not match the specifications (in terms of size and design) provided by you. In this case you need to:
    • Inform our customer care about the discrepancy via email within 24 hours of order receipt.
    • Email us a photo-proof of the discrepancy in your order within 24 hours.
    • Send us back the order in its original shipping package within 5 working days. Please note that you need to bear the cost of shipping the damaged/incorrect/defective wallpaper back to us.

Can I exchange my wallpaper for a new one?

We offer an exchange only if your order is incorrect or defective (does not match your specifications in terms of size or design). In such cases, we will resend a fresh order to you. For more information on order exchange, please read our Return Policy.

 

Will I get a full refund of my money?

Print a Wallpaper DOES NOT offer refunds on any regular or custom wallpapers shipped to its customers. In case of a defective/incorrect item that does not meet the specifications as provided by the client, we are happy to offer an exchange and resend a fresh order.
