We will help you decide whether your image can be used to print your wallpaper. You can also visit our ‘Use Your Own Image’ section to cross-check for the aspects that will help you decide if have selected the right image for printing your wallpaper.

Why can’t I use a thumbnail web image or a picture that is smaller than 8x10 to print my wallpaper?

Because a small size developed image cannot be scanned into superior, pixel-perfect quality to expand into a wallpaper. This is why we strongly recommend using an image/photo/artwork that is taken with a digital camera larger than 8 Mega Pixels. However, if you have a negative of your photo, we can work to get it developed into an acceptable size fit to print a wallpaper.

What are copyright terms and why should I follow them while using an image from the web?

A copyright gives its owner the right to copy, publicly display, distribute or create derivative versions from the original work. A copyright also gives its owner the sole right to license those rights to others.

Print a Wallpaper respects copyright laws and deals with copyright infringements very seriously. In line with copyright terms, we possess the right to reject or refuse to print your image/photo/artwork if we find out that they do not comply with our values. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you have the copyright to your image/photo/artwork or seek the permission from those holding the copyright before uploading such files on our website to print.

To know more about our Copyright Terms, please refer to the ‘Copyright’ section on our website.

Can I buy and use an image/photo/artwork from a stock photo website?

Certainly! However, don’t forget to give us a prior call on +91-98110-31749 or email us at info@printawallpaper.com to discuss your requirements so that we can guide you in choosing the best size and quality of images for your wallpaper.

Can’t I use an image found on the Internet, such as from Google images, to use for my wallpaper?

That’s not a good idea because there are chances that the image you choose will not suffice the parameters for printing a wallpaper in terms of quality. Plus, you are likely to spend a lot of time and effort in locating the copyright holder of the image and seeking permission to use it for your purpose.

Can I ask for additional touch-ups or enhancements for my images before they are printed? Do I need to pay for these alterations and enhancements?

Yes. We do provide value-added image touch-up, enhancement and modification service so that you get exactly what you want from your wallpaper. Whether you need to change a colored image into black and white, rotate it horizontally, adjust its size, brightness, contrast, saturation or color scheme, we can do it for you at an additional cost.

Additional charges for touch-ups may vary for custom orders depending upon the amount of alteration/enhancement required by the client.
